Avenue U is the commercial backbone of Sheepshead Bay — Russian groceries, Asian bakeries, halal markets, Italian delis, dental offices, and small businesses for nearly a mile. Eco Dental NY at 2384 Ocean Avenue is literally half a block north of the Avenue U Q/B subway entrance, on the east side of Ocean Ave.
For anyone living, working, or commuting through the Avenue U corridor — from McDonald Ave to Coney Island Ave to Nostrand Ave — we are the most convenient modern dental practice on the strip. Dr. Natalia Blazhkevich, DDS graduated from NYU College of Dentistry and has run Eco Dental NY since 2018.
We see Avenue U regulars: the shop owners, the bus drivers on the B3, the restaurant staff, the seniors who shop on the avenue every day, and the families who live in the apartments above. We are a real neighborhood practice in the most literal sense — and our location makes us a 1-minute stop on the way back from groceries.

If you are anywhere on Avenue U between East 14 St and Nostrand Ave, you are walking distance. 5–15 minutes maximum.

What does a same-day crown cost?
CEREC porcelain crowns range from $1,200 to $1,800 depending on the tooth and case complexity. Most insurance plans cover 50–80% of the cost.
Are you open on Saturdays?
Currently no — we are closed Saturday and Sunday. We focus on same-day emergency capacity Monday through Friday 9am–7pm.
Do you treat kids?
Yes. We see children from age 2 and up. Many of our families are 3-generation patients — grandparents, parents, and kids all come here.
